A gelato full of imperfections! Grom’s gelato is never the same from year to year. It’s possible that heavy rain affects peaches harvested at Mura Mura organic farm.

Grom doesn’t use any emulsifiers, which is very rare, if not unique in the gelato-making world! Pardon us for the extra few seconds it takes to make gelato softer and creamier before serving. You will appreciate the flavor intensity.
